Our Producer / Project Manager is a strategic problem solver who takes full ownership of client projects - overseeing day-to-day activities, scheduling, purchasing, and communication across sales, creative, operations, production, and account management (activation) teams—while driving the production timeline and program elements through every stage of the project lifecycle. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can think strategically and execute tactically while keeping multiple projects on time and on budget. To excel in this role, you must bring a structured approach rooted in project management methodologies and real-world application.


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the client relationship with resilience and authority – serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the project, confidently navigating challenges, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment across all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Guide clients with conviction through the full lifecycle of production – from sales handoff through execution – setting clear expectations, instilling confidence, and reinforcing Lime’s reputation for excellence.
  • Drive execution with a project management mindset – apply proven frameworks to plan, initiate, and deliver complex programs, balancing competing priorities while never losing sight of the end goal.
  • Command production schedules and milestones – anticipate risks, adjust resources, and maintain relentless focus on deadlines, even under pressure. Work shoulder to shoulder with shop leadership.
  • Champion client success in partnership with sales and activation – proactively anticipate client needs, push back where necessary, and ensure Lime consistently delivers above expectations.
  • Protect the bottom line and the process – monitor and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and change orders with precision, making tough calls when required.
  • Safeguard creative integrity – enforce rigorous quality control standards, ensuring deliverables represent the Lime brand and exceed client expectations.
  • Unify cross-functional teams under pressure – lead interdepartmental communications with clarity, persistence, and diplomacy, fostering collaboration while holding teams accountable.
  • Demonstrate grit and adaptability – embrace ambiguity, solve problems quickly, and persist through obstacles to see every project through to completion.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’S):

  • Collaboration – Liaise between client and internal teams to ensure project success at every stage, including alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Accuracy – Maintain a high level of accuracy regarding scope, budget, labor, risk assessments, and communications to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Quality – Sustain a minimum client satisfaction rating goal of 95% while proactively managing project risks and ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Timeliness – Deliver projects on schedule by proactively managing milestones, deadlines, and resource dependencies.
  • Communication – Overcommunicate at every level, ensuring clear reporting, stakeholder updates, and pace for clients and teams.
  • Risk & Scope Management – Identify potential risks early, create mitigation plans, and manage scope changes to protect timelines and budgets.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related project management software.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and processes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-7 years of previous project, program, or account management or equivalent experience.
  • Associate’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is desirable.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
