Role Description

This is a 2-month contract, remote role for a Talent Sourcer. The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels. They will collaborate with our Corporate Recruiter to define role requirements and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs. This position involves utilizing sourcing tools and techniques, performing initial candidate assessments, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in talent sourcing and candidate engagement strategies
  • Experience with recruitment tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred 3-5+ years experience in recruiting and sourcing
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting and/or sourcing
  • Preferred experience in the marketing, advertising, and/or creative industries
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems 
  • Friendly, positive personality with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
