
Activation Manager
Our Activation Manager is responsible for overseeing all the details and general day-to-day communications and activities for existing programs – internally and externally. This includes building and maintaining relationships with our clients and/or their agencies, managing internal staff, planning, and managing field staff including all their activities, and providing detailed post event reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, coordinate, staff, and execute program elements.
- Responsible for serving our customer with excellence as the main POC during each tour.
- Plan and manage expenses, budgets etc.
- Day to day account management and communication for specific programs assigned to you.
- Manage the activation activities of drivers, managers, and Brand Ambassadors for programs.
- Communicate and coordinate daily needs/concerns of clients.
- Create event/activation recaps, including photos and videos and overall program evaluation and/or ROI (as needed).
- Regular and thorough communication with all staff on programs.
- Travel to meetings and on-site locations for programs (as needed).
- Help create efficiencies and improve the work product, practices, and procedures of LMG.
- Assist in other areas as needed (including overall LMG process and procedures, branding, website content, blogs, social media, etc.)
- As needed, be a “tour manager” or have other on-site responsibilities for a program.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years account management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with clients required.
- Highly organized, flexible and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a hands-on approach to problem solving and solution selling.
