Role Overview:

As a Production Assistant, you will support the successful execution of events by assisting with logistics, setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination. This role works closely with our production and account teams to ensure smooth event operations. It’s an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in growing a career in event production or experiential marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event materials, staging, signage, and equipment
• Support event logistics, such as tracking inventory, coordinating deliveries, and liaising with vendors
• Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of event spaces
• Assist with on-site troubleshooting and quick problem-solving during events
• Follow run-of-show timelines and instructions provided by production and account leads
• Represent the agency and its clients in a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Support warehouse preparation and assist with packing/shipping of materials before and after events

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event production, promotions, or similar hands-on roles
• Willingness to work collaboratively and support various event-related tasks
• Ability to perform physical tasks with or without reasonable accommodation, such as lifting up to 50-100lbs and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, time-sensitive work environment
• Reliable means of transportation and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Familiarity with technology or AV equipment
