Operations Manager
As an employee at Lime Media, you will be part of a fast-growing organization that values giving back, believing in something greater than yourself, and a never-ending quest for excellence. We bring imagination to life by customizing vehicles and other cool stuff to create marketing experiences nationwide. If you love working with creative, passionate people in a fun and winning environment, then this is the place for you!
Role Summary
The Operations Manager keeps materials, parts, people, facilities and shipments moving so Lime Media's fabrication teams can build on time and on budget. This leader owns four areas (Operations/Training, Shipping & Receiving, Parts/Procurement, and Facilities) and extends that support to our second location.
This is primarily a leadership role: setting direction, priorities and expectations for two supervisors and the Facilities team, then holding the teams accountable to results. The manager stays close to the floor and steps in hands-on when needed, but most of the work is planning, coordinating and developing people.
The Operations/Training team prepares our downstream internal clients, Tour Managers and Activation Managers, to set up each project correctly on site. Getting that handoff right is central to the success of every activation.
