Measurements & Insights Manager

Rockwall, TX

As an employee at Lime Media, you will be part of a fast-growing organization that values giving back, believing in something greater than yourself, and a never-ending quest for excellence. We bring imagination to life by customizing vehicles and other cool stuff to create marketing experiences nationwide. If you love working with creative, passionate people in a fun and winning environment, then this is the place for you!

ROLE SUMMARY:

Lime Media is creating a brand-new seat to own campaign measurement and insights across both sides of the business: LED and XM (experiential). The Measurement & Insights Manager will shape how measurement is planned, build out and sharpen our measurement data lake, turn that data into insights that win business, and run attribution and foot-traffic studies with our third-party partners. When a seller or client needs a measurement expert in the room, this is the person.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role that reports directly to the CTO and is fully empowered by the CTO to own and drive the function. It is a sales enablement seat: you won't carry a quota, but you'll be accountable for measurement's impact on deals. Dallas-based, hybrid, fast-paced.

WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW:

Measurement is fast becoming one of Lime's strongest differentiators, and the data we already collect can unlock far more than it does today: sharper planning, stronger proposals, and proof that wins and renews business. We're creating this role to give measurement a dedicated owner who pushes it forward every day, on their own cadence.

Until now, the CTO has led measurement, planning, and insights alongside a broad technology agenda. This role takes the reins. You'll have the CTO's full backing and the authority to make the calls, set the standards, and build the function. Sellers gain a go-to partner on measurement, so method and vendor choices are made with expertise instead of deal by deal.

This isn't a product manager or project coordinator seat. The team is small, scrappy, and moves fast. The person in this role owns a function and does the work.

It's also not an LED-only seat. Measurement and insights span LED and XM, and the two overlap constantly. Many of our experiential pursuits put measurement at the center of the pitch. You'll be credible and engaged on both sides from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

One owner, the whole chain. You'll take measurement from the plan before a deal closes, through the data, to the proof delivered to the client, with no hand-offs in the middle.

  • Measurement planning. Design the measurement approach while the deal is being shaped: what gets measured, how, with which partner, and what the client sees at the end. Build pre-campaign projections (impressions, reach, and audience based on truck routes or activation footprints) that sellers can put in front of prospects. Stay ahead of the deal, not behind it.
  • Data lake. Own the measurement data lake. Keep it current and clean, decide what goes in and how it's structured, and keep improving it so it answers better questions.
  • Insights. Dig into the data, find the story, and bring insights to leadership and sales before anyone asks. Insights are a standing output of this seat, not a deal-by-deal service.
  • Attribution and foot-traffic studies. Run studies end to end with Lime's third-party measurement partners: scope, execution, quality, and the client-facing result. Build and maintain the measured-results dataset those studies feed, and turn results into post-campaign reports, case studies, and pitch-ready proof points that prove ROI.
  • The voice of measurement. Partner with sellers when clients want to understand measurement. Answer the question, or know exactly where to point. Be the trusted expert in the room.
  • Standards. Set the bar for measurement partners and deliverables, and hold it. "Good enough" isn't the goal.
  • Grow into: project watch. As the role matures, become a second set of eyes on the technology team's larger projects with external development partners, spotting when momentum slows and raising it early. Project decisions stay with the CTO.

DECISION AUTHORITY:

The CTO empowers this seat to own measurement methodology and vendor selection. Sellers bring the client's ask; you decide how it gets measured and help sellers understand what Lime offers.

When a client asks for a specific vendor or method, you define how Lime works with them. Measurement approaches and partner commitments run through this role.

Decisions on what a technology project should do, and whether a development partner's proposal is right, remain with the CTO.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND KPIS:

You won't carry a quota or sell, but you'll be measured on whether measurement and insights move deals. The

first two KPIs matter most; the rest keep the function healthy.

  • Measurement as a closing factor (primary). Count and revenue of closed-won deals where the seller or client names measurement or insights as a factor in the decision, logged per deal at close.
  • Measurement in the sale. Share of qualified LED and XM proposals that include a measurement or insights component, and the number of client conversations you join with a seller.
  • Studies delivered. Attribution and foot-traffic studies delivered on scope, on time, and to the quality bar, with the client-facing result in the seller's hands.
  • Data lake health. Data current and complete, with improvements shipped each quarter.
  • Proactive insights. Insights brought to leadership or sales unprompted, on a regular cadence.

You'll set targets for each with the CTO in your first 90 days, once a baseline exists.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • A self-starter. You see the gap and fill it. You don't wait for a specific ask, and you don't stop at what's expected and measured.
  • Driven. Smart is table stakes. You bring the energy and work ethic to go further than the ask, and you thrive at a fast pace.
  • Confident holding the bar. You have the standing to tell a partner or a seller when the work isn't good enough, and the follow-through to fix it.
  • A builder. You want to own something meaningful on a small team and see your impact directly, not watch projects and push paper.
  • A data storyteller. You turn dense data into clear, compelling stories and visuals for client presentations, explain measurement in plain terms, and know the limits of what the data supports.
  • Independent. You run the function day to day. Measurement keeps moving because you're driving it.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have:

  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution, the key requirement. You know it well from at least one angle (brand, agency, or measurement vendor side), beyond survey-level familiarity.
  • Hands-on experience running advertising or marketing measurement: attribution, lift or foot-traffic studies, or equivalent.
  • Direct experience with third-party measurement partners on real studies, holding them to scope an quality.
  • A track record of partnering with sales teams to win pitches and RFPs with data, and comfort in front of sellers and clients explaining methodology and results.
  • 4+ years in marketing analytics, media measurement, or attribution, with the seniority to set and hold a standard; this is not an analyst-level seat.

Nice to have:

  • Out-of-home or DOOH, mobile location data (e.g., Geopath, StreetMetrics, polygonal geofencing), or ad-tech background.
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and Google Analytics.
  • Experience working alongside external software development partners.
